Once every 5 year, old big tall ships from all over the world are coming to Amsterdam. This year it’s edition number 9!
I was there once, with my dad. That was in the year 1990, and this time i was alone. Good opportunity to make lots of nice pictures! I enjoyed it alot!
Thousands of little boats are cruising along the tall ships, and on each boat people have there own little party. Everything was well organized, from lots of toilets till a good variety of food you can buy. I think i walked about 18 – 20 km this day, and now, at home the next day, my legs hurt! But that doesn’t matter! I’m definitely going again in 5 years!
The organization said they expected two million visitors in five days!
